Professor David Wang from the University of Waterloo had a dream……in the early 90’s he began exploring the possibility of transmitting a handshake over the internet with his students. The things that they discovered fanned the flame of passion to develop “touch in a virtual reality” and that lead to the founding of Handshake VR Ltd. David Wang and his colleagues believed they could reach out and touch someone over the Internet and because they did they are doing it - they are forerunners and this is their story.
